Shop Policies

ORDERS: We ask that you allow a 3-5 business days for processing. After your order is processed, shipping times may vary as each item is made to order. *Estimated fulfillment (production of items) are an average 3–8 business days for non-apparel products and 2–7 business days for apparel products.

SHIPPING: Madsworld uses drop shipping companies for a number of items in the shop. These companies (Printful, Art of Where, Printed Mint) ship products to you, meaning Madsworld has no control over the shipping speeds or shipping costs. Although most orders are fulfilled quickly, there could be a chance that larger orders may take longer to reach you depending on your location.  The consumer is responsible for any other fees outside of the initial shipping cost ( i.e. custom fees, duty + tax, etc). Shipping costs are subject to change.

For the other items shipped from Charleston, WV; [Prints, Stickers, & Buttons] these items are shipped via First Class US Mail. Larger orders may be shipped Priority Mail. Items shipped internationally are shipped via the least expensive option which is usually First Class Mail. The consumer is responsible for any other fees outside of the initial shipping cost ( i.e. custom fees, duty + tax, etc). Shipping costs are subject to change.

Estimated Delivery Times: The estimated delivery times displayed to customers are simply an estimation and not a guaranteed delivery date. *Estimated delivery times are only available to the following countries: Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Latvia, New Zealand, Spain, United Kingdom, United States

Printful's Sustainable Packaging Update: Individual mugs are packaged in boxes that keep the mug secure in the center of the box. Multiple mugs are covered in bubble wrap, placed in individual boxes, and then combined all together in one box. If it's a dozen mugs, they're placed in a box and separated with bubble wrap and dividers. *See more here: https://www.printful.com/quality

REFUNDS AND RETURNS: Returns are not accepted due to products being printed on demand, however, Madsworld will gladly refund a purchase in the case of the item being damaged. If you have received a damaged product, please get in touch with us within 10 days of receiving your damaged item. We do not offer refunds on digital goods due to the digital file being sent to the consumer's email directly after purchase.

DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS: Due to shop algorithms, you can only use one discount or promotional code per check out.
