Shop Policies

ORDERS: Madsworld asks that you allow 3-5 business days for processing. After your order is processed, shipping times may vary. *Estimated fulfillment (production of items) are an average 3–8 business days for non-apparel products and 2–7 business days for apparel products. 

Digital Downloads: Digital downloads are new to Madsworld! If you experience any issues such as delay in download, pixelation, or general curiosity, please contact madsworldshop@gmail.com. 

SHIPPING: Madsworld uses drop shipping companies for a number of items in the shop. These companies (Printful*, Art of Where) ship products to you, meaning Madsworld has no control over the shipping speeds or shipping costs. Although most orders are fulfilled quickly, there could be a chance that some bigger items/orders may take longer to reach you depending on your location.  The consumer is responsible for any other fees outside of the initial shipping cost ( i.e. custom fees, duty + tax, etc). Shipping costs are subject to change.

 For the other items shipped from Charleston, WV; [Prints, Stickers, & Buttons] these items are shipped via First Class US Mail. Larger orders may be shipped Priority Mail. Items shipped internationally are shipped via the least expensive option which is usually First Class Mail. The consumer is responsible for any other fees outside of the initial shipping cost ( i.e. custom fees, duty + tax, etc). Shipping prices are based on estimated USPS First Class International rates. The prices are subject to change!

Printful's Sustainable Packaging Update: Individual mugs are packaged in boxes that keep the mug secure in the center of the box. Multiple mugs are covered in bubble wrap, placed in individual boxes, and then combined all together in one box. If it's a dozen mugs, they're placed in a box and separated with bubble wrap and dividers. See more here: https://www.printful.com/quality*

REFUNDS AND RETURNS: Returns are not accepted due to products being printed on demand, however, we will gladly refund a purchase in the case of it being damaged. If you have received a damaged product, please contact Madsworld within 30 days of receiving your damaged item.

DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS: Due to the shops algorithms, you can only use one discount or promotional code per check out.
