My Item arrived damaged!
Oh no! Please send an email to madsworldshop@gmail.com within 5 days with an image of the item so the manufacturer can asses the damage for a refund/replacement can be sent out.
How are mugs packaged?
Mugs are packaged in specially designed cardboard boxes to reduce the use of plastic.

Why does my clothing have a vinegar smell?
When unpacking clothing with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent.
Why are digital prints limited to four (4) downloads?
The download limit is a measure taken to protect our work from being plagorised and/or shared numerous times with others for free. The digital print can be printed however many times the customer wishes, but it can only be downloaded four (4) times.
