How do I flatten my print?

Here are a couple of methods you can try!

Weight press method (most gentle and recommended)

  • Lay the print face-up on a clean, smooth surface between two sheets of thick paper or parchment.
  • Place large, clean, flat boards or books evenly on top (avoid anything that’s textured).
  • Leave it for 24–48 hours, checking occasionally.

Reverse roll method (quickest)

  • Place the print face-down on clean paper.
  • Roll it gently in the opposite direction of the curl, using the paper to protect the surface.
  • Secure with a very loose rubber band or soft ribbon for a few minutes to an hour (check frequently).
How are my items packaged?
  • Prints are shipped in flat mailers or tubes, depending on quantity or size.
  • Apparel items are shipped in a recycled /recyclable plastic or kraft paper bag (material may vary) without tissue paper to minimize waste.
  • Mugs are shipped in sturdy packaging with double walls for added protection.
What are processing times?

Processing times vary and depend on your location and financial institution. On average, it can take anywhere from 3 to 6 days, but this is not our guarantee. Weekends and holidays may also cause some delays. Please be advised that processing and delivery times are not one in the same.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Please let us know within 24 hours.

My order was damaged!

Oh no! Please contact us with an image of your damaged item and order number and we'll try our best to make it right.

My print is blurry

Some of our prints are scanned mixed media collages or paintings. This will leave your print with small imperfections. If you're not satisfied with your print, please contact us. Digital prints are not refunded due to them being sent directly after purchase.

Where are my products made?

Madison designs all the artwork and products here at Madsworld, but we're partnered with Gelato to help us fulfill our orders! You can find out more on their website.
